Andrea Visani 
Founder and Head of the Firm – Chartered Accountant & Statutory Auditor
Since 1995, after a three-year internship at accounting firms in Bologna and Ravenna, Andrea Visani practices as a chartered accountant, providing fiscal, corporate and tax consultancy to corporations, partnerships, holdings, cooperatives, sole proprietorships, freelancers, and sports associations.
He acts as statutory auditor and board member in various companies, and serves as bankruptcy trustee and judicial commissioner in many insolvency proceedings. He collaborates with PrimeLex Law Firm in Milan as Of Counsel.
Registered in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Ravenna since 1994.
Registered in the Register of Statutory Auditors No. 77054 (Official Gazette – IV Special Series, No. 45 of 08/06/1999).
Registered in the Register of Technical Consultants to the Court and Experts – Commercial Category at the Court of Ravenna since 1996.
Donatella Poggiali
Chartered Accountant & Statutory Auditor
She mainly deals with tax consultancy, with a particular focus on international taxation for companies and individuals, VAT in cross-border transactions, corporate and accounting consultancy, assistance in the preparation of financial statements, extraordinary transactions, valuation of companies and shareholdings.
She has also developed specific expertise in business crisis and restructuring, insolvency proceedings, and technical consultancy.
She serves as statutory auditor and legal auditor in numerous companies.
Registered with the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Ravenna since 2001.

Silvia Assirelli
Head of Accounting
She has been working alongside Dr. Andrea Visani for over 15 years, carrying out administrative duties and managing the entire accounting process, ensuring compliance with fiscal and tax requirements, preparing financial statements, and drafting and electronically filing tax returns.
In the past, she held the role of administrative manager in other professional firms and companies.
She holds a diploma in Accounting from the “A. Oriani” Technical Commercial Institute in Faenza.
Alessia Schiavino
Administrative Staff
She mainly handles accounting data entry, fulfilment and compliance with tax obligations, and the preparation of financial statements.
She holds a diploma in Accounting from the “A. Oriani” Technical Commercial Institute in Faenza.
Federica Marzi
Reception and Front Office
She mainly handles client reception, appointment scheduling, switchboard management, invoicing and general administrative activities.
She holds a degree in Economics and Commerce from the University of Roma Tre “Federico Caffè”.
